Can I view the venue spaces before booking?

How do I know which venue space suits my event?

We offer a range of flexible spaces, from themed rooms to event halls, to suit different group sizes and formats. Browse our spaces online or contact us. We'll be happy to recommend a suitable room for your event!

How do I check if a space venue is available?

Simply submit your request through our enquiry form, and our team will get back to you with the availability details. We're here to help you plan smoothly!

What types of events are suitable for your venues?

Our venues are well-suited for a wide range of events, including corporate training sessions, workshops, seminars, meetings, and networking events. If you have a specific event in mind, feel free to reach out and our team will be happy to recommend the most suitable space.

Please note that we are primarily designed for professional and learning-related activities. As such, events of a personal or religious nature are not supported.

What is the process for making a booking?

Fill in our online Facility Booking Enquiry Form with your preferred dates, event type, and expected capacity. Our team will follow up to confirm availability and provide a formal quotation. Whether you're looking to rent venue space for a workshop, training, or corporate seminar, we're here to help you find the right fit. Based on the number of enquiries we receive, we strive to respond within 3-5 working days of your Booking Form submission.

Can I cancel or modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, cancellations and modifications are permitted subject to our terms and conditions. We encourage you to notify us as early as possible, as cancellation policies and applicable fees vary with the notice period. Please contact our team directly for full details.

Is it possible to extend the event duration on the day of the event?

Extensions may be accommodated, subject to venue availability on the day. We recommend informing our team before your event begins so arrangements can be made promptly. Additional charges will apply based on our standard hourly rates.

Are there any additional fees beyond the standard booking cost?

Additional charges may apply for services such as audio-visual equipment or specific room configurations. All applicable fees will be outlined clearly in your quotation. As a trusted training venue in Singapore, we're committed to full transparency in our pricing.

Can I bring my own food and drinks, and are there any fees associated with this?

Yes, clients are welcome to arrange their own food and beverage catering at their own cost and preference. All our venues can accommodate F&B arrangements.

We recommend informing our team in advance so we can provide guidance and ensure a smooth setup for your event. Cleaning fees may apply if food and beverages are not properly cleared after use.

What equipment is provided with my venue rental?

Our rooms are equipped with essential audio-visual facilities, including a projector, screen, whiteboard, and high-speed WiFi. Additional equipment such as microphones or specialised setups can be arranged upon request. Please let us know your requirements during the enquiry stage so we can ensure your event runs smoothly.

What room configurations are available?

We offer three main room configurations to suit different event needs:

Cluster layout: Grouped seating that is ideal for discussions, group work, and interactive sessions.
Seminar layout: A forward-facing setup suitable for talks, presentations, and talks.
Classroom layout: A structured arrangement designed for focused learning and training.

Is parking available on-site?

Parking is available nearby, subject to prevailing rates and availability. Our team can provide more details based on your event timing and venue location.

What happens if my event ends later than scheduled?

If your event exceeds the booked time, additional charges may apply based on our hourly rates. Extensions are subject to venue availability.

What are some amenities nearby?

Yes, our venue is located within the Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI), right next to Paya Lebar MRT. There are a variety of food and retail options within walking distance in popular malls like Paya Lebar Square, Paya Lebar Quarter and Singpost Centre. Retail shops include cafes, eateries, and convenience stores, making it easy for your attendees to grab meals or refreshments before, during, or after your event.
