What to Report
Whistleblowing Channel
Incidents of wrongdoing involving LLSG’s employees, vendors, contractors, business partners, customers, or representatives of LLSG may include but are not limited to the following:
- Fraud / Theft
- Unethical conduct and discriminatory practice
- Violation of company’s policies, laws and regulations
- Inappropriate or unethical behaviour, including but not limited to workplace harassment
- Health, safety or environmental issues
What Is Not Typically Reported via the Whistleblowing Channel
The whistleblowing channel is not intended for building operations or service-related issues or personal grievance matters. Individuals are encouraged to use the appropriate channels listed in the main LLSG webpage to reach out.
How to Submit
Whistleblowing Report
Please email to whistleblowing@lifelonglearningsg.org.
Details to be provided in the report should include:
- Name(s) and designation(s) of employees and companies involved
- Date and detailed description of the wrongdoing
- Any other pertinent information and/or supporting documents relevant to the case
Whistleblowers are encouraged to come forward and provide their names and contact details to support the investigation process. While anonymous reports will not be automatically dismissed, our ability to follow up may be limited due to the inability to seek further clarification. Such reports will only be investigated if they are accompanied by sufficient factual details and supporting evidence.
All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality, and the identity of the whistleblowers will be protected to the fullest extent possible.
