Eligibility 

1. Must be registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under workhead classification ME 05 with financial category of L1 and above or SY 05 with financial category of L1 and above

2. The Tenderer must not have been issued with Stop Work Order (Full) by the Ministry of Manpower within preceding 6 calendar months from the date of Tender closing;

3. Tenderer must have minimum BizSAFE level 3

Interested tenderers shall complete the registration form below by providing the name, designation, email address and contact number of their company representative(s) to obtain the tender document download link. Tenderers intending to attend the site briefing shall select the relevant option in the same form and register by 30 October 2026, 1800 hours.
