Eligibility

1. Must be registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under workhead of at least General Builder Class 2. 

2. Tenderer’s subcontractor for decking replacement must be registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under work head of at least TR 08 or SLOTS under SCAL.

3. Must attend the compulsory tender briefing and site show-round as stated in the Invitation to Tender;

4. The Tenderer must not have been issued with Stop Work Order (Full) by the Ministry of Manpower within preceding 6 calendar months from the date of Tender closing;

5. Tenderer and sub-contractor must have minimum BizSAFE level 3.

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE REFRESH OF PRAYER SPACES AT LIFELONG LEARNING INSTITUTE

This project invites eligible companies to submit quotation to carry out the refresh of prayer spaces at Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI).

Tenderers shall inspect the site prior to submission of quotation and shall be deemed to have fully satisfied itself regarding the existing site conditions, access constraints, dimensions and any other matters that may affect the execution of the works.
