Learning Neighbourhood – Where learning is a trail, not just a winding road

The changing tides in Singapore’s future and the future of work brought about the need for skills in three main economies – Care, Digital, and Green.

Skills and jobs in the Green Economy zoom into Singapore’s infrastructure, how we consume energy, and invest in green technologies. And the Digital Economy brings forth greater convenience, productivity, and innovation in the workplace, for shopping, and at home.

Combining skills and jobs within these two economies has resulted in movements towards electric vehicle services and maintenance, Green Mark buildings, recycling efforts, and even upcycling food!

And as we learn new skills to keep up with the demand of new job paths, many may face difficulty learning. With so many options and resources available, deciding what to learn, where to start and how to proceed can be daunting.

Look no further as you can look forward to more jobs and skills opportunities made accessible to you at the next Learning Neighbourhood at the North West region.

Learning Trails at your doorstep!

From 31 Oct to 30 Nov 2023, North West residents can embark on fun learning trails that suit their career goals at the Learning Neighbourhood @ North West.
