Joseph helmed several leadership roles in his 36 years with Standard Chartered Bank. He left to start his own training consultancy. In 2022, he developed The FOSTER Method of Selling and a sales app called Delapitch. He is also one of a few Phonetics coaches in Singapore, and has authored a series of children's books.
Aaron graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Business Administration where he led 300 members in his CCA in leadership and community service. He has since found his footing in the financial space, impacting the lives of others.
