Bringing together training providers, employers and career support partners, the Festival enables participants to discover relevant training programmes, build future-ready capabilities and gain exposure to areas such as AI, digitalisation and emerging workforce skills.
Participants can also connect directly with employers through on-site interviews at the South West Community Job Fair, receive personalised job matching, career and skills guidance from Job Ambassadors and Careers & Skills Advisors, and experience interactive showcases that bring new skills and technologies to life.
