Walk-In Interview with AKG for FairPrice Group Career Discovery Fair
SFA @ South East CDC is partnering FairPrice Group to bring residents a holistic and immersive career discovery experience.
The FairPrice Group Career Discovery Fair goes beyond a traditional job fair by adopting a structured approach — guiding participants through a meaningful journey from career preview to learning pathway and on-the-spot interviews.
Participants will first gain deeper insights into the grocery, retail and food services sectors through career previews and job tours. These sessions allow jobseekers to better understand the work environment, job roles and expectations before making informed decisions.
Following the career exploration segment, participants will be introduced to relevant learning and upskilling pathways to support their transition into the industry. This ensures they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
The experience culminates in direct engagement with hiring representatives, where participants can attend onsite interviews and explore immediate employment opportunities.
