What You Will Learn
This workshop takes you step by step through the process of designing and building a complete Copilot workflow, grounded in real wholesale trade scenarios. By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify the components needed to build a repeatable Copilot workflows
- Scope everyday business tasks into structured AI-assisted processes across three priority areas:
- Sales (opportunity creation)
- Procurement (decision-making)
- Operations (issue resolution)
- Design a simple prompt-to-process flow aligned to your business context
- Build and test a complete workflow using a standard Microsoft Copilot license
Who Should Attend
This workshop is designed for business owners and wholesale trade professionals, particularly Managers and Executives overseeing Marketing, Sales, Procurement, or Operations functions.
Priority will be given to participants from Wholesale Trade companies. Each company may register a maximum of two participants.
