Designed for everyday workers, the session breaks down how AI is evolving from simply assisting with tasks to taking on more active roles, and how human capabilities such as judgement, oversight and accountability will become increasingly important.
Participants will also learn how Singapore is preparing its workforce for an AI-enabled future and discover relevant Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) resources to support their development. Through the session, participants will assess their own AI readiness and identify a targeted upskilling action they can take to stay relevant and future-ready.
